Energy Strategy - We will prioritize the energy conservation initiatives available to you with the shortest payback periods. These could include: Fuel shifting, Peak shaving, Load shedding. Maximize use of off-peak energy prices, Optimize performance of existing systems, and Analyze past utility bills for possible cash returns. In addition, we can write your energy procurement policy for purchasing energy in deregulated markets.

Physical Facility Review - a review of your physical facility (drawings and structure) and an energy audit will give you ideas on options available to save energy. In selecting a "holistic" approach, we will advise on lighting, insulation, roofing, windows, HVAC and heat recovery systems.
