through closeout and turnover will be handled with skill and

The project team is experienced with the complex demands

has been set in place by a project team prepared to undertake
your project. Working in an operating setting, with the least
amount of disruption, is a specialty of our project managers.
Management Strategies is prepared to identify and bring the
proper resources to bear on every phase of a construction/renovation
project. Thus the client will have a single source for all
aspects of a project. The goal will be to produce a safe,
healthy, attractive environment that will enable the owner
to attract and keep personnel.
Scope Development: Perform a complete needs
assessment documenting the space, utility and equipment needs
required for the client's project. Time spent at this crucial
stage insures a completed project that functionally and economically
meets the owner's needs.
Design Phase: Identify and bring the appropriate
design team together to document the client's needs with drawings
and specifications. Throughout the design development phase
Management Strategies will act as a liaison between the client
and the design team.
Construction Documents Phase: Management
Strategies will keep the client's interests in the forefront
as contract language and final plans are being prepared. A
thorough review with the owner's agent(s) will be completed
prior to the bidding phase.
Bidding Phase: All contractors and subcontractors
invited to bid will be pre-qualified by Management Strategies.
All bids will be thoroughly reviewed prior to any contract
awards.
Equipment Purchases: Specifications will
be prepared and bids sought for equipment. Deliveries and
installations will be folded into the master construction
schedule.
Construction Phase: Management Strategies
will act as the construction manager, administering all contracts
and subcontracts. All responsibility for scope, budget and
schedule will remain with a single contact, Management Strategies.
Closeout and Turnover: A complete set of
operation manuals, as-built drawings, warranties, tests and
certifications will be turned over to the owner.

is fully qualified to provide electronic document management
systems for project schedules, drawings, submittals, change
directives, quality assurance manuals, safety manuals, timesheets,
etc. This process will save the owner money in storage and
