Invited by the Ministry of Finance to assess the country's national
expenditures on education, health, water, and electricity. Visited
schools, medical facilities, and water and electricity plants
to assess their budgetary requirements. The end result was a
unit cost analysis to assess the adequacy of the budget requests
and to prepare a medium-term expenditure plan (Oman).
