COMPENSATION
Management Strategies offers competitive compensation packages with opportunity for advancement and increases, plus performance, business development and recruiting bonus opportunities. We also provide every employee with a monthly cellular phone reimbursement of $100.
HEALTH INSURANCE
Management Strategies pays 100% of the cost of an employee’s health insurance. Family insurance options are available through payroll deduction. Employees can select from two comprehensive medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision plans through UnitedHealthcare (Choice Plus and Choice Plus HSA).
401(k) PROGRAM
Management Strategies offers a 401(K) plan with a generous employer match; 100% of the first 3% of pay that is contributed and 50% of the next 2% of pay that is contributed. Employees must defer at least 5% of their pay to be eligible for the full match. Employees are eligible to participate on day one of employment.
DISABILITY COVERAGE AND LIFE INSURANCE
Management Strategies pays 100% of the cost of Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance for each employee and a Life Insurance Policy with up to $100,000 in coverage.
ANNUAL COMPENSATION REVIEW
Management Strategies’ Annual Compensation Review provides employees with performance assessment opportunities and ability to earn salary adjustments and bonuses based on performance against a pre-established criteria specific to an employee’s role in the firm.
TRAINING REIMBURSEMENT
Management Strategies believes it is important for employees to develop new skills and maintain existing ones. We reimburse employees up to 50% of the cost of pre-approved training.
EDUCATION ASSISTANCE PLAN
Management Strategies will reimburse employees participating in the plan up to $5,250 a year tax-free for qualified educational programs in pursuit of an undergraduate or graduate degree at accredited institutions.
SMARTBENEFITS
Management Strategies’ participation in the WMATA SmartBenefits Program allows employees to direct pre-tax dollars from their paychecks to their SmarTrip cards, which can be used to pay for transit or parking expenses.
PAID TIME OFF (PTO)
Management Strategies offers employees four (4) weeks of paid time off each year. We believe that time away from work to recharge and relax is critically important. Employees begin accruing PTO from day one of employment and it is available to use for vacation days, personal business or short term illness.
PAID HOLIDAYS
In addition to PTO, Management Strategies offers employees paid Federal holidays (in accordance with the Federal holiday schedule).
