Our principal staff:
Meeta Khandwala, President Ms. Khandwala is president and co-owner of Management
Strategies, Inc. Her experience is in health care financial
management and home health care operations. As CFO for a small
home health care agency she was part of the team that merged
the agency with another and grew the operations from $4 million
to $16 million in three years. As part of creating the new
health care agency, she organized the development of the new
logo and publicity materials. She is a proven administrator
and organization specialist that directs strategic direction
of MSI and decides on business unit development. She has an
MBA from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut.
Mahesh Reddy, VP
- Development Mr. Reddy is the founder and vice president
of Management Strategies. His expertise is in public administration
and infrastructure financing. He worked as a Chief Administrative
Officer for the City of Bridgeport, CT. He is a specialist
in developing project strategy, implementation plans and setting
up process management procedures to ensure on-track management.
He is experienced as a liaison for private sector firms in
establishing joint ventures. He has worked internationally
since 1992, specializing in Russia, the former Soviet Republics
and Eastern Europe. He has a MBA in International Finance
and International Accounting.
Jacques Hebert, Chief Estimator/Procurement Manager Mr. Hebert is Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and Associate degree in Architect
obtained in Montreal, Canada. He has more than 20 years experience in commercial and industrial construction. He uses
state-of-the-art technology to prepare detailed estimates that are then verified against bid time quotes from various
subcontractors. In addition Mr. Hebert is in charge of scope review and buyout.
David Axton, Project Manager Mr. Axton has 36 years experience working for Westover Air Reserve Base Civil Engineering Division programming
and executing construction works at the Base. Mr. Axton served as the Energy Manager for the Base and has implemented several
programs that have resulted in energy dollar savings. Mr. Axton has owned and operates a residential remodeling company which
brings a unique talent that MSI's clients can benefit from. Mr. Axton is also experienced in estimating and buyouts.
John Faugno, Project Superintendent Mr. Faugno has more than 30 years experience in commercial and industrial construction management. Mr. Faugno is experienced
in working in occupied/sensitive areas such as hospitals and research labs. In addition, Mr. Faugno has a wealth of experience in school
construction. Mr. Faugno was also a small business owner who successfully ran his company for 15 years. His subcontractor management skills
and ability to successfully interact with the clients enables timely action on projects. His experience includes but is not limited to project
management, estimation and material take-offs.
